Key Club International (KCI) represents every Key Club across the globe. The Kiwanis family has established clubs for high school students in 38 different countries, and continue to grow.
The California-Nevada-Hawaii District (CNH) represents the Key Clubs in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Since 1925, high school students have been serving all over the district.
"Region 16", also known as the Sacramento State Capital Area, is one of the many regions in the CNH district. It consists of the D7N, D7S, D27N, D27S, D44N, and D44S divisons.
